My phone is dunzo for the moment and I won’t be able to livestream any meditations as I’ve usually been doing over Facebook. I’m really enjoying this liberation from mobile devices and discovered an alternative means to share my meditation using my GoPro Hero 8 and tapping into phone-free dhamma. This was uploaded this once I got to a computer(later in the night). It feels really nice removing that icky feeling of being tracked or not having whatever unconscious blockage phones can create. You know how it is.
